Niko Tacadena competed at the C3 Tournament and won 1st place in gi and 2nd place in no-gi! Niko also got 5 submissions out of his 6 matches! Outstanding job, congrats on your victory Niko!!!

I would like to thank all of my students for being so supportive and understanding during my training. This was such an important time in my carreer as a fighter and my students stood beside me as a great team and family. One more time, thanks for everything and we'll go through more battles together!

Professor Christian will be fighting on Nov 7th in Strikeforce at the Sears Centre!!! We are really excited for him! We are going as a group in general admission seating, if students and friends are interested in coming along for a fun night, talk to Sladjana. We are going to get tickets in bulk so that we can sit together as a group!

Great wins for the team! Josh Rogers won his 4th mma fight at the TFC, by rear-naked-choke in the first round in 3min and 27sec!!! On the same day at NAGA, Uflacker Academy students performed well and took home the following medals!
Brian Daley took 1st in gi and 2nd place in no-gi!
Ryan Dean took 1st in no-gi!
Jimmy Savaiano took 3rd in gi and 3rd in no-gi!
Jeremy Sikorski took 1st in gi and 3rd in no-gi!

- Jun 8th, 2009 - Friday Night Classes Canceled for the Summer
Starting this Friday, 6-12-09, the no-gi classes on Friday evenings will be canceled for the duration of the summer. The 1pm class will continue as usual, but the 7pm will be on hold until further notice.
